Thermic Fluid Heater Manufacturers
Durga Boilers & Engineering Works is one of the top leading manufacturers & Suppliers of Thermic Fluid Heater in India. “ Thermic Fluid Heater is a hotting outfit, used in assiduity where heat transfers are the primary need of process rather of pressure.” Thermic fluid heaters are hotting outfits used in assiduity where heat transfers are the primary need of the process rather of pressure. They’re generally used in operations where high temperatures and low pressures are needed, similar as in the food and libation assiduity, the chemical assiduity, and the pharmaceutical assiduity. Durga Boilers offers both new and alternate- hand thermal fluid heaters for trade, feeding to a range of budgets. Our products are priced competitively, and the thermic fluid heater price varies grounded on specifications and energy type. We insure thermic fluid heater effectiveness and give thermic fluid heater PDFs for specialized reference.
Working Process of Thermic Fluid Heaters
Thermic fluid heaters are industrial heating systems used to transfer heat indirectly using a heat transfer fluid (commonly known as thermic fluid) instead of steam or water. These systems are widely used in applications where high temperatures are required but direct flame or steam heating is not suitable.
- Fuel Combustion – The process begins with the combustion of fuel—such as diesel, gas, coal, or solid biomass—in the burner. The burner is located in the combustion chamber of the heater.
- Heat Transfer to the Coil – The combustion generates high-temperature flue gases, which flow over a specially designed helical or serpentine coil system made of steel. This coil contains the thermic fluid. As the hot gases pass over the coil, heat is transferred to the thermic fluid inside it.
- Circulation of Thermic Fluid – A pump continuously circulates the heated thermic fluid through a closed-loop system. The fluid picks up heat in the heater and delivers it to the process equipment, such as dryers, reactors, heat exchangers, or other industrial machinery.
- Heat Utilization in Process Equipment – Once the hot thermic fluid reaches the process equipment, it transfers its heat to the application through indirect contact. This ensures precise temperature control without direct exposure to the flame or combustion gases.
- Return to Heater – After releasing its heat, the now-cooled thermic fluid returns to the heater to be reheated. This closed-loop process repeats continuously, providing efficient and consistent heating.
- Exhaust of Flue Gases – The cooled flue gases are released through a chimney or stack after passing through an economizer or heat recovery unit (if installed), which can improve overall efficiency.
